Centre left: 32 STABLE BARN
32 stables, a large office, feed room, 2 separate toilets and bale storage area. This is all under one roof with direct access to the indoor arena.
Bottom left: LARGE GRASSED PADDOCKS
Good grazing with borehole irrigation in summer. There are also smaller sand paddocks.
INDOOR RIDING ARENA
This has an undercover 70m by 25m riding arena surrounded by wooden safety kickboards, a grand stand which seats approximately 350 people, a 5m by 4m judges/control area and a 12m by 5m area that can be used for catering facilities. Halogen lights allow for night use.
Top right: SWIMMING POOL
This is large and is great for cooling off in after a strenuous ride. Also used for Stable social events.
Centre and bottom right: OUTDOOR TRAINING AREAS
Dressage arena, jumping arena, lunge rings, eventing jumps, out ride trails and carriage driving trails. The farm forms part of the Joostenbergvlakte bridal path.
PARKING LOT
Concrete surfaced parking lot which allows for parking for approximately 300 cars.
Bottom: CATERING
Braai spots under the trees in the green belt areas. A tuck shop will be built in the near future(to become a restaurant and pub)
