CIRC offers companies two types of functions - one is a fun social day where the facilities are made available, allowing people the opportunity of a day on the farm in a rural setting enjoying a horse ride and swim while getting to know their colleagues better.

The second type involves team building exercises in horse related activities where the teams must work together to complete tasks.
